Sales Tax: Thedragonsedge must collect sales tax for Pennsylvania residence. The standard rate is 6% of the purchase price. For residence in Allegheny County, the rate is 7%. For residence in Philadelphia, the rate is 8%.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit card including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We can also accept personal checks, money order, and certified check. When paying with personal checks, money order, and certified checks, your order will be processed when payment is received and cleared.
Shipping: The Majority of orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes. Shipping cost is determined at the time of the order. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Order Cancellation: Order my be cancelled before the product ships. Once shipped the order can not be cancelled. To cancel an order email thedragonsedge at info.thedragonsedge.com to request the cancellation.
As of Febuary 1. 2012, We no longer accept order for international delivery ( out side the United States). All orders placed for International Delivery will be refunded. If we have a product that you would like to be delivered Internationally, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to discussed whether we can make the delivery. All payment for International delivery must be made via Western Union. We will no longer accept credit card or paypal payment for International orders.
Terms and Conditions of the website
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases once the order has shipped
